3 EASY STYLES SO YOU CAN HIT SNOOZE

The excitement of back to school is over, and that could mean morning routines have become harder and your hair has moved down the priority list. We thought it would be the perfect time to share these 3 easy styles so you can hit snooze and still look fierce! Whether it’s you or your loved ones getting caught up in the rush out the door, these simple hair tricks will make your life easier:

  1. Braided Pony

We all know that a ponytail is a great go-to for those rushed mornings or 2nd day hair, but it’s also an easy style to take to the next level. Secure your pony with a clear elastic, braid the pony, and finish off with another clear elastic. This look only takes a few seconds more than your usual but is way more interesting!

If you want a little something different, wrap the braid around into a cute braided bun and secure with bobby pins.

  1. Half Up Top Knot

Hair in your face is always annoying, especially when you’re pouring over notes in class. This half down update on the topknot is huge for fall 2016, and also an easy look to achieve. The style works well on all hair lengths and you can make it your own by playing around with smaller or larger sections of hair!

This look is messy and casual so use your fingers to section off the part of your hair you want to pull back. Secure that section in a ponytail, then wrap the pony around into a bun and secure with bobby pins. Spritz a little dry shampoo as needed or for some additional texture on the loose section of your hair.

  1. Sleeping with Braids

This is one of my favourite tricks to get great waves overnight! You can experiment with different braid combinations depending on the length and style of your hair, but I like sleeping with French braids for all over texture. Remember, the smaller the braid the tighter the wave will be! In the morning all you have to do is shake out the braids and add some dry shampoo   for a bit more volume. Bonus – no heat styling damage here.
